7th and 8th graders meet as their own class on Sunday mornings. This is a great opportunity for students to join with their friends to learn more about the word of God as it applies to their middle school lives.
The class is split by gender. So boys and girls meet in separate small groups with mentors to study the passage for the week. Generally this is the same passage that is being preached in the worship service.
Students have a lot of fun together having snacks, competeing for points, telling stories, and asking questions. This is a great time for bonding, learning, and fun.
The 7th and 8th grade class meets during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Students start in the service, and are dismissed to classes along with the younger children.
